Another super-cold day, another quiet day in the office
thanks to the Sales meeting.
Felt more stiff after I started yoga today than before. Also
felt like my upper body strength was lagging, which was surprising, as I haven’t
done any upper body since Monday
Lori was sick and
feverish overnight last night. Hope I don’t get it.
