Work closed for impending snow, but working from home. Got
to the gym early to get the last of the Scivation workouts in before the BAB
comes. Had a good time.
Lori started baking. Hard to keep clean when you’re snowed
in with snacks.
Spent the day writing a press release and editing a story. Kept checking my email every 5 mins to see if the BAB had come from Sean yet. I was terribly impatient. Worse than a kid at Christmas. When the email did come, I just wanted to sit and soak it in, learn it, know it. It will become automatic soon enough.
I hoping that nutritionally it will become autopilot and my body will adapt positively to regular complex carbs.
