Woke up before my alarm this morning. Figured I’d use the
momentum at the gym for Upperbody B. Had a good workout, but again, I was
humbled by my form. I did take solace in pushing myself and adding some extra
sets to deload and some extra exercises in.
Brownie meeting was cancelled tonight, so Lori and I talked about everyone going to the gym for a pre-dinner workout, but by the end of day we were all beat. So just a quick dinner and hanging out.
